    What is Project Org Editor?
Project Org Editor is an online AMV tournament held over the course of 2 months. During that time, participants compete in week long preliminary rounds by creating AMVs that adhere to specific themes. Submitted videos are then judged on their portrayal of the theme, creativity, editing, and overall enjoyability. After the preliminaries, the top scoring participants will then compete in the finals to determine this year’s Project Org Editor champion.

    What’s new for 2020?
For the 2020 competition, there will be 6 non-elimination preliminary rounds, and 1 single-elimination final round. Editors can participate in as many preliminaries as they like, but are encouraged to take breaks, and skip rounds as they see fit. To be eligible for the finals, editors will need to participate in at least 3 preliminary rounds, and their top 3 scores will be added together to form their total score. The 5 participants with the highest total scores will then compete in the final round to determine the winner.

    Prizes
The competition is hosted on AnimeMusicVideos.org, and receives prize sponsorship from MomoCon. The 1st place winner will receive a $100 cash prize, the 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive $75 and $50 respectively, and $25 will be awarded to preliminary round videos that receive Judges’s Choice awards. The top 5 participants, and recipients of Judge's Choice awards will also receive a 4-day membership to MomoCon 2021.

    Round 1 Challenge

    Project Org Editor has begun
    !
For round 1, you'll need to edit a video that focuses on one or more "Parts of the Body". But keep in mind that your submission must adhere to the applicable guidelines in the A-M-V.org CONGRSS Rules, so videos that feature sexual organs or pornographic imagery, will be disqualified. Also, you're not limited to parts of a human body, so even things like wings, claws and whiskers are acceptable. But simply showing them won't be enough to get you points. You'll need to incorporate the featured body part into your concept, and create a video that's..... greater than the sum of it's parts *comedic drum roll*
*Comprehensive list of human body parts

    Round 2 Challenge
    [IMG]
For round 2, you'll need to create a video that showcases a person or group pursing another. But whether they get caught or not is up to you. Also, you're welcome to interpret the theme in a number of different ways. Maybe your idea of a pursuit is a detective trying to nab a criminal. Or maybe you'd prefer to edit a video about a romantic interest that plays hard to get. How about someone chasing after the shadow of their idol/ role model? There're tons of ways to portray the theme, but the pursuit should be the main focus of the video.

    Round 3 Challenge
    [IMG]
For round 3, we're celebrating the seasons! ....and the holidays! ....and pretty much every special time of year that you can think of. You'll need to create a video that focuses on your chosen time of year, and showcase what makes it special and unique. So if you want to create a video about Summertime, got for it. Or maybe you'd prefer to edit a video about Earthday. Even editing a video about going to your favorite anime convention can work. But keep in mind that if you're editing about Valentine's Day or Halloween, simply making a romance or horror video wouldn't be enough to satisfy the theme. Your video will need to be inspired by the actual holiday and not just the genres associated with it.
